1634 <br />Linel CF -1 Real Property - Councilman Stanley made a motion to find Linel LLC in substantial compliance <br />with Resolution 11-2016 and seconded by Councilman Swinney. He revised the original plan that got an unfavorable recommendation <br />from the Planning Commission to include fewer units. There was some discussion about the number of <br />parking spaces that the R-3 designation would require. Councilman Williams made a motion to reject <br />the Planning Commission's unfavorable recommendation, grant the zoning from R-1 to R-3 if the plans <br />are compliant with the updated UDO proposal. Councilman Stanley seconded. Motion carried 5-0 <br />
