Frank I.AJwry / Savanna Acres / Keller Hill Road <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Proposed access point onto Keller Hill Road about 300' east of Bethesda <br />(or Cooney Road) is a little short on sight distances: about 475' to the east, <br />and 450' to the west. The best visibility on the frontage is directly opposite <br />Bethesda Road: 1100' west and 800' east. County standards classifies <br />Keller Hill Road as a Minor Collector, with 1000 - 3000 vehicles per day, <br />and set sight stopping distances at 600' minimum. Therefore, we recommend <br />that the access point be moved, as we cannot permit it as shown. <br /> <br />The lots are large enough that I don't anticipate a significant increase in stormwater <br />run-off after development. <br /> <br />We need to see some form of authorization from the pipe line company stating that <br />the developer would have the right to build a road on the pipeline easement, and that <br />we or whoever would own it would have maintenance rights.
