Mr. Caperton stated he is unable to reveal <br /> <br />that information at this time, but the grocery chain identity <br /> <br />will be revealed immediately upon completion of negotiations. <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Dick inquired about the kind of environment <br /> <br />this will create in that area. Mr. Dick also asked what kind <br /> <br />of buffer would be placed between Mooresville Town Center and <br /> <br />the existing homes in this area. <br /> <br />Plan Commission attorney Tim Currens advised those <br /> <br />present that this piece of property is zoned to accommodate <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />this business. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br /> <br />Commission to discuss changing an approved PUD of Roger <br /> <br />Raymond's located on North Indiana Street. Mr. Raymond <br /> <br />would <br /> <br />like to amend his current PUD to contain twelve (12) <br />J J..---f: <br />all lots would beA12,OOO square feet. Lots 1-4 would <br /> <br />lots, <br /> <br />be multi family, lots 5-9 would be single family residential. <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission advised Mr. Holloway to <br /> <br />file an amended PUD for this parcel, action on this matter <br /> <br />will be taken if the amended PUD is filed. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />~ <br />
