The original drawing of the plat of the subdivision shall be drawn to a <br />scale of fifty (50) feet to one (1) inch, provided that if the resulting drawing <br />would be over thirty-six (36) inches in longest dimension, a scale of one <br />houndred (100) feet to one (1) inch may be used. Three black or blue line <br />prints shall be sul:mitted with the original plat, or in order to ccnform to <br />rrodern drafting and reproduction methods, three black line prints and a <br />reproducible print shall be sul:mitted. It shall also be provided to the <br />following checkpoint agencies for their review and ccmnent: <br /> <br />Building Inspector <br />Director of Public Works <br />Mooresville Police Department <br />Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation <br />Morgan County Soil and Conservation District <br />Morgan County Highway Department <br />Fire Department of Jurisdiction <br /> <br />15. The application shall be acccrnpanied by a certified check or IIDney order in <br />the arrount specified in the fee schedule which is attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof. said check or IIDney order shall be drawn in favor of the Town of <br />Mooresville. <br /> <br />16. The subdivider shall not have a CCIIIIX)n drive unless a covenant for <br />maintenance is filed with the plat and recorded with the plat after approval. <br /> <br />'--- <br /> <br />17. For a minor plat bonds will not be required unless public improvements are <br />shown. Then regular plat bonding requirements shall be met. There shall be one <br />public hearing, as set out in paragraph 5 and 6 of this section, requiring a <br />filing of an application and a notice by publication along with adjacent <br />property owners within six hundred sixty (660) feet of the boundary of the <br />subject property but not IIDre than two properties rerroved from the subject <br />property, by registered mail, at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing, with <br />the cost of this to be borne by the applicant. At the hearing, final approval <br />can be made by the Plan Carmission or, if additional time is needed, the public <br />hearing can be continued as the Plan Carmission determined necessary. <br /> <br />18. A statement certified by Registered Engineer or Registered Land Surveyor <br />stating that the develo¡:rnent will not increase the downstream hydraulic peak. of <br />the waterway in which water shed the property is located. <br /> <br />19. All drainage and utility easements shall be separate if open drainage is <br />being used. Where a county road is involved or a road not dedicated to the <br />town, then sewer easements shall be provided along with other utility <br />easements. <br /> <br />20. The application shall be acccrnpanied by a certified check or IIDney order in <br />the amount specified in the fee schedule which is attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof. said check or IIDney order shall be drawn in favor of the Civil <br />Town of Mooresville. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />'--- <br />
