<br />"- <br /> <br />to 1 inch, provided that if the resulting drawing would be over 36 inches <br />in longest dimension, a scale of 100 feet per 1 inch nay be used and filed <br />in sections, or, in order to conform to rrodern drafting and reprcxluction <br />methcxls, three black line prints and a reprcxlucible print shall be <br />sul:rnitted. <br /> <br />25. All drainage and utility easements shall be separate if open drainage <br />is being used. Where a county road is involved or a road not dedicated to <br />the town, then sewer easements shall be provided along with other utility <br />easements. <br /> <br />26. The application shall be accanpanied by a certified check: or money <br />order in the amount specified in the fee schedule which is attached hereto <br />and nade a part hereof. Said check: or money order shall be drawn in favor <br />of the Town of Mooresville. <br /> <br />C. A statement or plan of traffic access and impact on the area. <br /> <br />",- <br /> <br />3. After an application for approval of a plat of a subdivision has been filed, <br />the Commission shall review the proposed plat for the purpose solely of <br />determining whehter to allow the plat and data to be formally filed with the <br />Commission of record or whether to return such items to the Subdivider with <br />suggestions for changes. Unless and until the Commission formally accepts a <br />plat for filing, it shall not be considered as actually filed for the purposes <br />of proceeding to the succeeding steps toward plat approval as hereinafter set <br />forth. The filing of a plat grants no proprietary rights to the applicant in <br />the proposed subdivision and in no way is binding upon the Commission as to what <br />terms and conditions will apply before plat approval is granted, if any, it <br />being the purpose of such filing to advise both the Commission and the <br />interested public as to what the applicant or subdivider is proposing in order <br />to appropriately hold a public hearing on the proposed subdivision. <br /> <br />4, Every plat filing shall specify the proposed type of bond which shall be <br />posted with the Secondary Approval, if approved, the type of surety and where <br />known, the name of the surety to cover both the performance requirements of this <br />ordinance as well as the three year naintenance pericxl for all systems to be <br />installed by the subdivider in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Notice shall also be provided to the following checkpoint agencies for their <br />review and catments stating specifically the nature of the developnent, the <br />number of Employees or potential households and traffic impact directing the <br />same by certified letter to the Building Inspector, Director of Public Works, <br />Mooresville Police Department, Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation, <br />Morgan County Soil and Conservation District, Morgan County Highway Department, <br />Morgan County Sheriff, Mooresville Fire Department and any other fire department <br />in the jurisdiction that is affected by the developœnt. <br /> <br />5. Within 30 days of accepting an application, the Commission shall set a date <br />for a hearing, notify the applicant, and applicant shall notify by general <br />publication any person or governmental unit having a probably interest in the <br />proposed plat. The cost of the publication of the Notice of Hearing shall be <br />paid by the applicant. <br /> <br />"- <br /> <br />4 <br />
