Johnson Road spoke on behalf of several of his neighbors. <br /> <br />He said the Ordinance falls short of other counties and presented a petition <br /> <br /> <br />from the neighbors asking that the Ordinance be changed to consider the area <br /> <br />in the Buffer Zone. <br /> <br /> <br />Pat Carroll, 1350 Rooker Road also presented a petition signed by over 130 <br /> <br /> <br />area residents.
