"-

~.

"-

"-
...

area. Roger said they would be flat on top with pine trees placed every

5 feet from the top on down. He would expect them to be approximately 8'

to 10' in height and 30' wide. Roger said that Roberson Woods is a distinctive

community all their own and Roberson Village would be the same on a smaller

scale so the mounds will be used to separate the two.

Roger said the overall plan is to completely buffer this area including

the front. The lake will be extended and ultimately end up into another lake

for retention and on down to the lake at 67.

Signe Nicholson questioned the sanitary lines and asked if the new line

would serve this area and was informed that they would do so.

Mr. Fred Kurtz, 1293 Cottonwood Court then questioned the Covenants

and asked for clarification regarding no slabs. Roger felt that if in fact

there is a handicap person this should be left in the covenants. He went on

to say there are at least two people he plans to build for but it all has to

be approved by the architectural committee and he does not see the relevance

of changing this at this time. Tim Currens felt it would be appropriate.

Mr. Kurtz then questioned the wording "50% brick and existing 50% wood".

Roger explained it was worded this way because he does not want vinyl and he

needs the figures to equal 100% to protect himself. However, the wording

could be changed from lIexisting" to "remaining".

Mr. Kenneth Thompson, 1216 Driftwood Court then asked about the wording

"shall not be less than 1200 square feet for houses of one story and less

than 1400 square feet for houses of more than one story unless approved by

members of the architectural committee". He asked if there was a Town Ordinance

that limits a size of a house to 1200 square feet. Roger was informed that

the minimum is 904 square feet. Roger agreed to change this to a "minimum"

of 1200 square feet.

Joe Beikman then brought up the water lines and the need to place them

in true locations. A plan is needed on utilities and then they should be

placed there and not changed. There was a problem with Roberson Woods and

the water lines being changed. Tim Currens said that if we approve this it is

how we expect it to be. If there are changes they should come before the Plan

Commission. Roger then said he wanted one contractor to do the water and sewer

so he does not get into a problem like he had at Roberson Woods.

Tim Currens clarified with Joe Beikman that he needed to know they were

1) within the easement areas and 2) they meet all standards on state requirements

for separation of those utilities.

- 2 -
