Robert Tucker then moved for primary approval <br /> <br /> <br />subject to bonding and specification approval of the Building <br /> <br /> <br />Inspector. This was seconded by Joel Beebe and passed by vote of <br /> <br /> <br />9 in favor and 0 opposed. The Board's Attorney advised that this <br /> <br /> <br />plat could be recorded after the Building Inspector had signed off <br /> <br /> <br />on the specifications and proper bonding was filed with the Town. <br /> <br /> <br />He advised that the Secretary and Chairperson of the Plan <br /> <br /> <br />Commission could execute the plat after these requirements were <br /> <br /> <br />met. <br /> <br />The next item on the agenda was the Remster rezoning. The <br /> <br /> <br />Board's Attorney advised that no notices had been received and <br /> <br /> <br />this matter was tabled. <br /> <br /> <br />David Stafford of 19 East Main Street then addressed the <br /> <br /> <br />Board with written questions to the Plan Commission. Signe <br /> <br /> <br />Nicholson questioned what the Plan Commission does in this type of <br /> <br /> <br />situation. The Board's Attorney advised that the Plan Commission <br /> <br /> <br />should review the questions submitted and make a determination of <br /> <br /> <br />whether or not they wanted to respond, table the matter, or if the <br /> <br /> <br />questions were properly addressed to this Board. The Board's <br /> <br /> <br />Attorney advised that in a brief reading of the questionnaire some <br /> <br /> <br />of the questions were probably more appropriately addressed to the <br /> <br /> <br />Redevelopment Commission. Mr. Stafford responded that since this <br /> <br /> <br />was the first unit of government to approve or disapprove the <br /> <br /> <br />Redevelopment Plan, they should respond.
