<br />'--- <br /> <br />'--- <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />was seconded by Steve Edwards and unanimously carried. <br />The next item to come before the Board was the rezoning <br />request of George and Opal Fox and plat approval on the same <br />ground from the Capterton Development Group. The ground in <br />question is located west of 1905 Allison Road on the south side of <br />Allison Road. Present were George and Opal Fox, Roger Caperton, <br />and their representative from Lewis Engineering. Notices were <br />reviewed and although all of the return receipts on the certified <br />letters were not returned (9 were still missing) the notices <br />showing all of them being sent to the appropriate addresses were <br />attached. The Board proceeded to a review of this 8 acre plat. <br />The drainage was explained to the Commission with an explanation <br />of the swales and retention areas. The sewage disposal system was <br />to be based on attachment to the town system with a grinder pump <br />to move the sewage until a lift station was put in the by the <br />developer. Steve Saucerman of 459 Ferguson Road had questions <br />concerning the 24" pipe under Ferguson Road. The swale from <br />Section 1 of Roberson Woods Subdivision was shown as the <br />explanation for the removal of water in this area. Mr. Saucerman <br />also had a question concerning the second swale that was pointed <br />out in the sketch. The response was that this water currently <br />goes down to Allison Road. Mr. Saucerman pointed out that Allison <br />Road floods and with improvements even more water will come into <br /> <br /> <br />this area at a quicker rate. The response to this was that the <br /> <br /> <br />swale from the south property line would pick up additional <br /> <br /> <br />drainage and take it to the new swale which was being cut.
