The Board then <br />proceeded to a total review of the subdivision control ordinance <br />requirements. The issue of a bond on this project was discussed <br />and Robert Tucker moved that Joe Beikman set the amount of the <br />bond for all improvements. This was seconded by Joel Beebe and <br />unanimously carried. Joel Beebe also made a motion to appoint a <br />technical committee to sign off on all items after sufficient <br />information was provided. In particular, he requested that the <br />Chairperson of the Plan Commission appoint the technical committee <br />for this purpose. This was seconded by Shirley Welker and <br />unanimously carried. Chairperson Nicholson appointed Robert <br />Tucker and Joe Beikman to the technical committee to make sure all <br />plan requirements were met and that all changes discussed were <br /> <br /> <br />properly set out and that the bond was filed. The Board also <br /> <br /> <br />itemized the following items to be changed: <br /> <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br /> <br />2 . <br /> <br /> <br />3 . <br /> <br /> <br />4. IDM approval; and <br /> <br /> <br />5. Bond setting along with all other plat requirements and <br /> <br /> <br />requirements of the subdivision control ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />William Abbott moved that the plat be approved upon the <br /> <br /> <br />showing of these items. This was seconded by Steve Edwards with <br /> <br /> <br />the amendment that the technical committee review and be satisfied <br /> <br />A 4 inch sewer line to be provided; <br />Backfill to 1 2 inches rather than 3 inches; <br />Stubs to IIY11 in at the manhole; <br /> <br />that all requirements are met. <br /> <br />The motion unanimously carried. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
