He advised that the <br />remaining tenant was on a month-to-month basis and not out, but was <br />informed that his lease was terminated. He further advised that <br />Mr. Reed had as of this date filed a variance to allow multi-family <br />use in the single-family classification. <br />Steve Edwards interjected that he had recently driven past the <br />property and that it looked significantly better. <br />Mr. Stovall requested a sixty (60) day extension be given his <br />client to fully comply with the Board's request or in the alternative <br />to have received a variance to allow the multi-family use. Joel Beebe <br />moved to grant a sixty (60) day extension. The motion was seconded <br />by Dave Barry and unanimously carried. <br />The Board then moved on to the Ray Hatmaker property and Joe <br />Beikman indicated that there had been a previous injunction issued <br />by the Court against Mr. Hatmaker and that Tim Currens was following <br />up on this matter. The Board unanimously decided to continue with <br />the legal proceedings which had been initiated against Mr. Hatmaker. <br />Attorney Ksenak advised that with regards to the J. L. Coleman <br />Realty property at 123 Carter Street that they advised Tim Currens <br />that they were filing for a variance. <br />with regards to Joan's Catering Service, she has contacted <br />Tim and the matter should be taken care of by the next meeting <br />date. <br /> <br />The Board found an individual with a question. Brian Benedict <br /> <br /> <br />of 438 North Monroe Street questioned how his tract of land was zoned. <br />
