The motion was seconded by Vernon Kimmel and unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Mr. Best provided the Board with a breakdown of costs so the Board <br /> <br />could d~termine whéther the amount of bond applied for was satisfactory. The <br /> <br />breakdown indicated a nond requirem~nt of $22,947.00. The Board indi~ated that <br /> <br />with re8ards to the required modification as set forth above by the Board, the <br /> <br />Board would require a minimum of $30,000.00 bond. Mr. Best indicated that t~he <br /> <br />companv would be more than happy to provide bond in that amount. Mr. Best then <br /> <br />indicatec\ that they would subsequently file an improvement bond with the Board <br /> <br />for secondary approval of the plat. <br /> <br />No further n~w bl~sines8 carninE before the Board, Ch3irT..an EdwardB moved <br /> <br />on to old busioes8. Tilford Bailey stated that to his <br /> <br />kno,,!ledge po variance petition has been filed, Th~ Bo:trd requested the Board <br /> <br />Attorney to cuntact ROB Stovnll t-o ascertain the Mannings present intent with <br /> <br />regards to the pr8perty. <br /> <br />Cha.irman Edwards then askeò concerning. <br /> <br />the letter drafted to Frank <br /> <br />Lowry regarding the unsafe building violation, sper~ifically. th~ problem with <br /> <br />open windows. lnspector Beikm8n indicated that he had provided Mr. Lowry with <br /> <br />a list of tne violations last week. Chai:rman Edwards stated ':hat he did not <br /> <br />feel that Mr. Lowry had a r~asonable amount of time to respond to that list. <br /> <br />The Board agreed and instructed the attorney to place the Lowry property on the <br /> <br />agenda for the n~xt Board m~eting. <br /> <br />Inspector Beikman indicated that last month 6 permits were issued and <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />11 inspectionR performed. <br /> <br />Toe Board then questioned the present status of the Hattl1akpr violation. <br />
