Bill Abbott's motion was then amended to
include in the recommendation for the granting of this petition that business and

---

commercial expansion shall go no further east. The motion was carried five in

favor and one against.

Moving on to old business, the first item to be discussed was the Narth-

ridge Subdivision. Bill Abbott questioned Attorney Ksenak as to whether North-

ridge Subdivision had been notified of the Board's recommendation to the Town

Board that if the drainage problems were not corrected the Town should invoke

its letters of credit. The motion was seconded

by Vern Kimmel and unanimously carried. The Board then moved on to the Graybill

matter. Attorney Ksenak read to the Board a letter which was drafted ·to Mr. Graybill and

sent on July 9, 1985. He further inforrr.ed the Board that Mr. Graybill had

contacted Timothy C. ilirrens on July 25, 1985 and informed him that he had just

received the letter on July 24, 1985. He further informed Mr. Currens that he

has purchased doors and locks and has spoken with the man who would secure the

building on the 25th and further requested that he be given one week to comply

with the Board's orders.
