<br />-2- <br /> <br />~_ A brief re-organlzatlon meeting was held with the following <br />results: <br /> <br />President - Robert Farmer <br />Vice President - Steve Edwards <br />Secretary - Eweather Stephens <br /> <br />The remain~er of the meeting was devoted to reviewing and <br />discussing an ordinance to regulate the growth of Sub-Divisions. <br />William Abbott, a member, as well as the Town Engineer reviewed <br />for us his study of a sample erdlnance. ~iscussion for changes <br />to the ordinan<;e were a part of the review, with all seven members <br />of the Plan Commissicn being present and taking part. It is hoped <br />that the review can be completed at the next regular meeting of <br />the Plan Commission, allowing for adoption and printing of a <br />final Sub-Division Ordinance In the very near future. <br /> <br />-;:=:- .J. ,',-, ':..,,~' \- .' ;.~, ,_!"' .'_' (:c;,"::":/. ;...., (-/(j ,-~ ( (' . <br />Charles B~, Building inspector for the Town of Mooresville, <br />reported tha~a problem now exists with conflicts of wiring Inspections <br />by both theltUbHcServ-lces Ins~ctor')and himself. Mr. Baln Indicated <br />that buildings should be inspecteCflDy either the Town Building <br />Inspector or the Inspector for(pubiic-~ervl~~, but not both. <br /> <br />'-\." <br /> <br />". ~,; "+' - '-r <br />~obertFarmer was asked to ~heck on the feasibility of having <br />the(Pu!>.l!c__S1tr:yl_ce!if Inspector do the inspections and thereby <br />relieve the Town Building inspector of this responsibility.
