<br />MINUTES OF MOORESVILLE PARBING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />June 9, 1969 <br />7:30 JM <br />Municipal Building <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman, Winston Tackitt, presided. Others present were: Bob Johnson, <br />John Crose, Dave Loudermilk, Marlow Fu1k and Earl Magenheimer. Mr. Fred Corey, <br />newly appointed town attorney was also present. <br /> <br />Minutes of the May meeting were read. Marlow Fu1k moved they be accepted. <br />This was seconded by Bob Johnson and the motion carried. <br /> <br />Bob Johnson stated that the mobile home at the corner of Carlisle St. and <br />Indianapolis Road had been removed. <br /> <br />There being no business pending, most of the meeting was taken up with a <br />discussion with Mr. Corey as to the aspects of further annexations to the town. <br />Since we are a rapidly growing community due to location, etc., Mr. Corey <br />suggested we annex a large area at a time and try to plan ahead for our needs <br />during future growth. <br /> <br />Several views were expressed and discussed. It was then decided to have <br />Mr. Corey arrange for a joint meeting of the Town Board and the Planning Commission <br />and other interested persons to get everyones views and discuss more fully the <br />different ideas as to what to annex, etc. <br /> <br />Marlow Fu1k moved to adjourn. The meeting was then dismissed by Wiaston <br />Tackitt. <br /> <br />Earl Magenheimer, Secretary <br />
