<br />I <br /> <br />MINUTES OF MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />July 14, 1969 <br />7:30 PM <br />Municipal Bldg. <br /> <br />Vice- <br />Members present: Chairman, Winston Tackitt, Dale Heselman, Marlow Fulk, Dave <br />Loudermilk, Earl Magenheimer and attorney, Fred Corey. <br /> <br />Minutes of the June Meeting were read and after a motion of acceptance made <br />by Marlow Fulk and seconded by Hale Heselman, the minutes were approved. <br /> <br />Mr. Corey was to check on the trailer ordiance and if the RKK mobile home <br />placed on R the lot at Carlisle and Indianapolis Road was in violation then <br />notice would be served to the owner. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Rogers, 45 Crestwood Drive, appeared with concern if any new <br />annexation in the near future would put more load on his sewer line, as he stated <br />he was having trouble with his sewer backing yp in his house and yard now. <br />Bob Johnson suggested his writing a letter to the town board telling of the <br />trouble. Mr. Johnson also stated that the new facilities to be built in the near <br />futnre would probably take caf@ of the situation. <br /> <br />Marlow Fulk was appointed to head the display entry for the p1aaning comm- <br />ission in the parade preceding the Old Settlers Picnic on August 10. <br /> <br />The annexation problem was discussed. It was decided to have another meeting <br />on July 21 to talk solely about this matter. <br /> <br />Bob Johnson moved for adjournment. This was seconded by Marlow Fulk and the <br />meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Earl Magenheimer <br />Secretary <br />
