I

MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION

July 21, 1969
7:30 PM
Municipal Bldg.

Members present: George Worland, Chairman, Dale Heselman, Marlow Fulk, Dave
Loudermilk, Bob Johnson, and Earl Magenheimer.

Meeting was called for the express purpose to consider what was to be annexed
to the town.

After much discussion, personal opinions were asked for. They were as follows:
Earl Magenheimer - annex all of Brown Township
Dave Loudermilk - annex all of Brown Township
Dale Heselman - annex all of Brown Township
Marlow Fulk - annex all of Brown Township
Winston Tackitt - annex all of Brown Township
George Worland - annex all of Brown Township
A recommendation will be drawn up to be presented to the town XBx board that
the planning commission recommended that all of the whole of Brown Township
be annexed.

This was decided upon after discussing that the southern half of the township
should be annexed to take in the Shale Company, Airport, Kelly.s Restaruant, etc.
Decided this was the biggest part of the township, so we might as well take in the
whole township.
Discussion and consideration was also given as to police protection, the
sanitation system, and the fire department protection.

Earl Magenheimer
Secreaery
