~

Mrs. Colleen Leffler, 200 Ridgeview Drive, was concerned about the traffic and the value
of their homes.

Mr. Bryant stated that if the PUD went to the Town Council they could approve it even if
the Plan Commission denied it. Mr. Currens stated that if the PUD was denied it would
not go to the Town Council for approval.

Cindy Worth, 101 Oakview Drive, has five children and she is concerned about schools
and the traffic.

Joe Judson, 265 Pineview Drive, does not feel this would be good for Mooresville.

David Davis, 3707 E. Wilson Drive, asked the Board to look at the Comprehensive Plan
and what it has planned for the community. He asked if the Board had received a letter
for the Mooresville School Corporation. Mr. Young said that the Board had received the
letter and asked Mr. Davis to summarize if for the Board. If was from the Superintendent
of Schools and the impact it would have on the over crowded schools.

Paul Mulvehil, stated that he felt the Town needed to work on the infrastructure before
we added any more homes to the area.

Robin Moore, 103 Meadowview Drive, stated that the schools are a concern, but large
number of homes, as this would be, does drop the home value. She would like to see
Mooresville stay a quiet community.

Commissioner Williamson stated that there was a concern among the community that
they did not receive notice of the proposed PUD. He informed the people present that if
they have not changed their address at the Morgan County Recorders Office since the
911-address change, that they should do this. The developers go to the Recorder's office
to get the list of names.

Commissioner Crouch asked Mr. Currens to explain to the Board members and attending
public, since we are running at capacity at the school and waste water treatment plant,
that if we continue growth, what would take place and how would it take place. He
stated all infrastructure is really pushed by growth. You don't build treatment plants for
10 or 20 years down the road and you expand them as need be. Right now we are not at
total capacity and we still have room for additional users. He knows the Town Council is
looking at the future knowing that somewhere expansion will be necessary. If a large
industrial user came in we probably could handle that. We still have room for additional
capacity as we sit here today. For the schools it is the same way; the Board cannot cut off
all growth unless the schools could not handle anymore. We have always had to work
with the schools. The schools are at the point where they will need to expand. Mr.
Crouch stated that whether this passes or not we are right at the brink of future growth in
the schools and treatment plant. Mr. Currens said he thinks we are very close.
