Viles <br />Subj: Monthly Report <br /> <br />I. Employee Data <br /> <br /> A. Documents have been included, that show the officers Days Off, Overtime, <br /> Vacations, and other personnel time off. <br /> B. Recruit Officer Randal Collins is in the Final phase of the F.T.O. Program <br /> and will be assigned to a Shift to finish his Probationary Year. <br /> C. Officer Schuck and Dotson are progressing through thc FTO program <br /> and are being assigned every type of assignment. <br /> D. Officer Kevin Julian will be Gradulating form the Indiana Law Enforcement <br /> Academy and will be assigned to Late shift starting June 27th. His <br /> assigned Days Off have yet to be detrimined. <br /> E.Officer Dotson will start D.A.R.E. class on June 16th. <br /> <br />H. Finances <br /> <br /> A. Budget status included. <br /> B. We need to talk about the Building and its roof. <br /> C. The Proposed Budget has been made and delivered to each of you. <br /> I know it appears high but with the cuts of the last two years, we need <br /> to address areas not totaling budgeted. <br /> <br />IH. Taxpayers Communication <br /> <br /> A. We received serveral letters of thanks, for various actions and <br /> involvements. I have made copies of those letters for your review. <br /> <br />IV. Operations <br /> <br /> A. Officer Bennie Schuck was involved in a Property Damagc Accident <br /> on May 4, 1998. We have followed S.O.P. 8.03 Section,"B" <br /> Review Board. I will discuss tiffs case with you personally upon <br /> request. <br /> <br /> <br />
