Chairman Nelson asked if this was the $550,000 for the pre commit and if so then there is <br />an additional $90,000 of exposure. Mr. Taylor said yes, and then he would personally go <br />to PACMoore and see what they were willing to do because he didn't think the <br />commission needed to absorb all of entire amount. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Ransome with a second by Commissioner Humes <br />to approve the request of $2,000 for entrance road design. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />Town attorney Tim Currens told the commission he thought that since the commission <br />had set aside up to $50,000 towards the retention pond that the people who are doing the <br />site work needs to show the commission how much was spent for the pond instead of <br />writing a check to them for the $50,000. The commission board members agreed. <br />Chairman Nelson asked about Prodigy Group. Attorney Currens has not heard if a sale <br />had happened. The property is going thru a bankruptcy court. <br />Commissioner Humes asked if EMS had submitted paperwork for the $30,000 for <br />relocation costs. Mr. Taylor said they had not. The company has moved and is in <br />operation. <br />There being no further business to come before the commission at this time a motion was <br />made by Commissioner Haskins with a second by Commissio er Ran a to adjourn the <br />meeting.
