$25,000 to $30,000 and the track is $100 a lineal foot. Until the site of the building is
determined they do not know how much track will be needed. If they would locate here, we
would apply to the Indiana Department of Commerce for an industrial development grant fund
for the infrastructure, and they will not fund more than fifty percent of the cost. We will have to
be able to do a matching amount and only the town can apply for the grant. They will have
more than one hundred employees with in three years and then anticipate growing from that
point. This is another situation where it is a good company that fits well in our community, it is
another small company that keeps us within the balance we would like to have and the draw back
to this site is it's location with General Shale to the east of the site. They are concerned about
having food processing next to General Shale, because they have to meet all kinds of air quality
regulations. Mr. Nelson asked what factors were being considered at the other two communities
and Ms. Humes said they could always expect to be asked to do a ten-year abatement on building
and equipment and they are over the chart as far as the matrix was concerned. They will ask for
the abatement and for the public infrastructure to be in place including the rail spur. They have
asked for free land and we have said "thanks, but no thanks" and we would never consider that
on a project of medium size. Mr. Nelson asked if we have given them all we can to this point
and she said we have.

Mr. Nelson asked if there was any old business. The next meetings will be November 4, 2004 at
7:00 A.M. at the Mooresville Town Hall.

There being no further business a motion to adjourn was made by Commissioner~,4Nelson, second
by Commissioner Ellis.

Chairman

ATTEST:

Secretary
