Mr. Homaday said the ambulance service was
supported solely from user fees and Brown Township excluding Mooresville tax payers.
His question is: how long can Brown Township excluding Town of Mooresville keep
this up? The ambulance service now operates out of the township fire fund levy. He
suggested merging and making a fire district or the Town of Mooresville contracting to
them $50,000 to $100,000 dollars a year on a two year contract. Mr. Hornaday requested
prompt and proper consideration retroactive to 01-01-01.
