M. at/h~ ' <br /> <br /> /~__.~om Warthen, President <br /> <br /> Ruby McCammack, 30 Meadow Lane, Boyd Heights Addition, appeared before the <br /> council to request sewer line hook on. The sanitary line runs down Rooker Road. The <br /> line would have to hook on at the front of her hoUSe and go under Rooker Road. <br /> Councilman Maths said first thing to do was to get costs together. Street Commissioner <br /> Joe Beikman told the council this was the third time a situation like this in Boyd Heights <br /> had come before the council. Town attorney Tim Currens told Mrs. McCammack that <br /> the cost is so great to take the line under Rooker Road that this cost had to be spread out <br /> among several homeowners. Joe Beikman will try to. get ballpark figures together in in <br /> three to four weeks. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Dolen to approve <br /> sewer availability fees for Donato's Pizzeria: Connection $3,510.00 <br /> Availability $4.290.00. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> Next, Pam Sterrett appeared before the council requesting a driveway cut permit for the <br /> vacant lot on North Indiana Street, next to Jim Hensley's home, (next to 1215 North <br /> Indiana Street.) Motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen <br /> to allow a driveway cut at this location, subject to specifications of the Street Department. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Clark to approve tax <br /> abatement compliance for 2001 for Perry-Fisher Group LLC. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Clark to approve tax <br /> abatement compliance for 2001 for Sun Polymers. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Clark to approve tax <br /> abatement compliance for 2001 for Molex. Motion carded 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Clark to approve tax <br /> abatement compliance for 2001, ( their last year) for Woods IndUStries. Motion carried 5- <br /> 0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Dolen to approve tax <br /> abatement compliance for 2001 for Viking Air Tools. Motion carded 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen to approve <br /> contract with American Lawn Care for cemetery mowing. Motion carded 5-0. <br /> <br />Motion was made Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Clark to approve Transfer <br />of Funds Resolution. Motion carded 5-0. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Dolen to approve <br />advertising for additional appropriation from CCI to repair existing alarm at the Fire <br />Department. Motion carried 5-0. The hearing w/Il be set for April 3, 2001 Town Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
