The Council stated they want the parking signs on Main <br /> Street to remain the same. <br /> It was brought to the attention of the Council that parking on <br /> the east side of North Indiana Street from Citizens Bank drive <br /> to East Washington Street causes a hazard for motorists on East <br /> Washington Street. Attorney Tim Currens will investigate a weight <br /> and height limit parking ordinance in that area. <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilman <br /> Forbes to pay the bills and claims. Motion carried. <br /> Mrs. Susan Shake, 51 E. High Street appeared before the <br /> Council to advise the Council that the business at 45 E. High Street <br /> is not conforming to the variance which allows this property to <br /> operate as a business. Attorney Tim Currens informed Mrs. Shake <br /> that this problem would have to be addressed by the Plan Commission. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Town Council <br /> at this time motion to adjourn was made by Councilwoman Overholser and <br /> second by Councilman Forbes.
