Motion was made by Councilman Forbes and second by Councilwoman Overholser to pay the bills and claims. Motion carried unanamously. There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Town Council at this time motion to adjourn was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Councilman Forbes. Motion carried unanamously. The next regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be held Tuesday, October 16, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Council members present were Dick Heald, Steve Ballard, Pat Overholser and Steve Edwards. Councilman Jack Forbes was absent. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Council- man Heald to approve Ordinance #15-1990 an ordinance for an Additional Appropriation in the amount of $106,142.18 for the Park and Recreation District Other Park Improvements. Motion carried unanamously. Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilman Ballard to approve an agreement with H.J. Umbaugh & Associates for preliminary financial studies regarding possible acquisition of'Hoosier Water Company by the Town of Mooresville. Motion carried unanamously. Council President Steve Edwards accepted the resignation of Town Court Judge Frank Knight. Council Attorney Tim Currens advised the Council he would request an intrim judge until the precinct committeeman select a replacement. Mr. Currens will also contact the State Board of Accounts to ask them to conduct an audit of the court from January 1, 1990 until the present time.
