No Council members were absent. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> The owner of Pink Front Laundry asked the Council to approve the discon- <br /> nection of his well meter for sewage consumption due to the fact he does not use <br /> the well anymore. The Council advised him they will have our Waste Water Treat- <br /> ment Plant Supervisor inspect the well disconnection before the town quits billing. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilwoman Overholser to <br /> approve a roadblock for the Morgan County Humane Society on Saturday, June 22, 1991 <br /> from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> The Council discussed purchasing the Testerman property on West Harrison <br /> Street. The appraisals and conditions of the sale will be reviewed by the town <br /> attorney and discussed at the next Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Councilman Forbes <br /> to advertise the sale of the Waste Water Treatment Plant's 5,000 gallon fiber glass <br /> tank. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Councilman Ballard reported that there are currently two dogs in the animal <br /> shelter. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilman Ballard to <br /> approve swimming pool fill exemptions for Debbie Cox, 142 W. Washington Street <br /> and Larry Brown, 460 Maple Lane. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Forbes and second by Councilman Ballard to approve <br /> the bills and claims.
