Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> The Council tabled the appointment of Dog Catcher until Town <br /> Attorney Tim Currens is present next meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Council- <br /> man Edwards to approve Resolution #2-1991 A Resolution of the Town <br /> Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana Authorizing the <br /> Submittal of the CFF Application to the Indiana Department of Commerce <br /> and Addressing Related Matters. <br /> Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Ballard and second by Councilman <br /> Edwards to approve Resolution #3-1991 A Resolution Adopting a Dis- <br /> placement Plan Pursuant to CFF Application. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Council- <br /> man Ballard to approve a Cooperation Agreement of the Civil Town of <br /> Mooresville. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Economic Development Director Randy Haymaker advised the Council <br /> that the preliminary census report for 1990 calculates the Town of <br /> Mooresville census figure at 5,541 people an increase of 192 from 1980. <br /> The growth rate for the Town of Mooresville being 2.5%. <br /> <br /> Mr. Haymaker also advised the Council that the Redevelopment <br /> Commission will not meet in February. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Ballard and second by Councilwoman <br /> Overholser to re-appoint James Bruner to the Morgan County Civil <br /> Defense. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Councilman Ballard advised the Council that the new lighting <br /> which has been installed on West Main Street, west of Weliever <br /> Chevrolet car lot seems to be directed in the wrong direction. EDC <br /> Director Randy Haymaker will contact the owners of this property <br /> to set up a meeting with Councilman Ballard to resolve this matter. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Council- <br />man Edwards to approve the surety bonds for Clerk's office employees. <br />Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Council- <br />man Edwards to raise the price of copies at town hall to twenty-five <br />cent (.25) a copy effective February 6, 1991. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Forbes and second by Councilman <br />Edwards to pay the bills and claims.
