Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Town attorney Tim Currens advised the Council that he is in <br /> the process of setting up a due process hearing for Officer Greg <br /> Staum to be held tentatively on February 23 1993 at the Magistrate <br /> Court in Martinsville. ' ' <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards, second by Councilman <br /> Viles to invite the Brown Township elected officials to the <br /> February 16, 1993 Town Council meeting to discuss action on the <br /> findings of Mooresville Chamber of Commerce Emergency Service Report. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Viles, second by Councilman <br /> Heald to have the town department heads review the Town Personnel <br /> Policy and ma~ recommendations to the Council for a new Town <br /> Personnel Policy. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported he had eleven (11) <br /> calls, four (4) animals impounded, three (3) animals returned to <br /> their owners. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilwoman <br />Overholser to approve the Radio Dispatch Contract for Monroe Township <br />Volunteer Fire Department for 1993.
