This is north side of Bridge Street and there is more building to take place at tiffs <br /> site. Thc estiniated costs fimn Townc Ccntcr to Robcrson Village oil one side of file street, <br /> approximately $20,000.00, to Roberson Woods another $11,000.00 and to Knightsbridge <br /> $40,000.00. Councihnan Henslcy suggested the Council took tiffs under consideration at a later <br /> date. Councihnan Pygman stated the water problem on Bridge Street needed cleared up first. <br />?r <br /> Next, before file Council, was the ttopkins, Caperton, Stafford rezones. Motion was made by <br /> Councihnan Wright, second by Councihnan Dolcn to approve the rezone of eight (8) acres fi'om <br /> Agriculture to RIB, this rezone was reconunended by the Plan Conmfission. Motion carded 5-0. <br /> Motion was made by Councihnan Dolen, sccond by Councihnan Pygn~an to go wiflt the <br /> recoimnendation of the Plan Conmfission and deny the rezone fi'om Agriculture to PUD for <br /> apartment houses of 220 units.
