Perry, Cle k-Ire urer <br />CERTIFICATION TO THE MOORESVTLLE TOWN COUNCIL <br />Comes now the Mooresville Plan Commission, by its <br />President, and certifies to the Mooresville Town Council the <br />Jones rezoning from Agricultural District and B-3 District to <br />PUD-Commercial with a positive recommendation to have this <br />matter rezoned by a vote of six (5) in favor and zero (0) <br />opposed with the stipulations that a traffic study be presented <br />prior to final approval and that left and right hand turn lanes <br />onto Allison Road are provided. <br />Stipulations: <br />1. A traffic study will be pertormea gar r.ne lnrersec:4.~v11 v~. <br />Allison Road and the proposed street prior to apprcwal of <br />the final detailed plan for the first propased lot. <br />2. The intersection of Allison Road and the proposed new <br />street will be designed based upon the recommendations of <br />the traffic study required in Ttem #~.. <br />1 <br />1 <br />U <br />3. That the proposed new street will be constructed so as to <br />connect to Town Center Road North. <br />
