Tim Currens also asked the Council to approve the grant application, as far as what the Town is requesting to use the monies for, which by priority is our Comprehensive Plan, first to the areas outside the Town limits, then the areas inside the Town limits, followed by a well head protection program and drainage issues. They have talked to the firm SDG about handling the grant application. The Town's part of their fees could total up to $2,500.00. A oration to approve the Interlocal Agreement with Morgan County and Martinsville to move ahead with the 1-G9 Planning Grant was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen.
