With the concerns of the neighbors he feels the board needs to have a <br /> plat map showing where the home would be set with the set backs marked. He told her <br /> she could go the County Auditors office and get a map with a photograph showing the <br /> placement of the building on her property. They will also need the conclusion from the <br /> Board of Health on the soil sample and a drawing showing the location of both homes on <br /> the property with the set back requirements. The board needs to see if there are two <br /> suitable locations. <br /> Mr. Swisher asked if they were sure that everyone was notified by letter about their <br /> petition. Mr. Currens explained that they need to notify all property owners that were <br /> within two deep or six hundred sixty feet of their property line. New notices will not be <br /> sent unless there are others that need to be notified. <br /> Motion to table the variance for a modular home at 1 1246 N.
