. Ross Holloway returned with a Plat Approval for sec 2 Country View Estates. Mr. <br /> Holloway presented the plat to the Commission. There are a couple of changes from the <br /> first plats The first being the floor space going from 1400 square feet to 1500 squire feet. <br /> And the second being, to increase the requirements for Erosion Control by the lot owner. <br /> This is on Page 5 item C also the Covenants and Restrictions will be a part of the plat. <br /> With no further question from a motion was made by Commissioner Ehrhart and <br /> seconded by Commissioner Williamson to approve the Country View Estates Sec 2 <br /> with the Covenants and Restrictions being a part of the plat. The motion carried 7-0 with <br /> none opposed <br /> Ross Holloway asking for replat for lot 2 for Jeff Haught. Mr. Haught has built a house <br /> inside the septic easement. He showed the original plat and where the house is in the <br /> easement, they are asking for a replat for two septic easements that have been soil tested. <br /> After examining the replat a motion by Commissioner Logan and seconded by <br /> Commissioner Berwick to pass the replat, the motion carried 7-0 with none opposed. <br /> A letter from Stanley and Trudy, Butrum with concerns with the dust and noise from <br /> Carter-Lee. Tim Currens will look into the ordinance and get with Joe Beikman and send <br /> an appropriate letter and send each Commissioner a copy. <br /> Joe Beikman ask for a better interpretation on having two septic fields where there is an <br /> existing home on one of the lots of a plat. Mr. Currens will send a letter to Mr. Beikrnan <br /> clarifying septic on a plat with an existing house. <br /> Chairman Young spoke to the Commission about the pipe line coming into our area. <br /> Commissioner Ehrhart had spoken to someone that said that they want to be a good <br /> neighbor, we may be able to request someone to come and talk about this project. <br /> Commissioner will give Tim Currens a name and address to send a letter requesting <br /> someone to come to Mooresville, for a planning meeting. <br /> It was discussed about getting people to serve on the Plan Commission. <br /> Mr. Beikman had 16 permits and 67 inspections. <br /> The meeting was adjourned <br /> `/ <br /> 'Chairman: <br /> kir <br /> -• etary: <br /> 116 411111/ <br />
