Present were Trustees Heald, Overholser, Edwards, Fiscus and Forbes. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. Motion was made by Trustee Heald to prohibit the state highway department from starting work on State Road 144 until State Road 67 North and South are completed. Trustee Edwards second. Motion carried. Ordinance 9-1988 for the sale of the Pool Bond was approved on a motion by Trustee Edwards. Trustee Overholser second. Motion carried. Trustee Heald made the motion to approve excerpts of the minutes in regard to the pool bond for the bonding company. Trustee Fiscus second. Motion carried. Motion was made by Trustee Heald to transfer funds from MVH Paving 3-653 to MVH Engineering Service 3-163 in the amount of $3,000.00. Trustee Overholser second. Motion carried. Motion was made by Trustee Fiscus to grant Indianapolis Power & Light Company an easement on the property which was recently purchased by the Town of Mooresville from Indianapolis Power & Light. Trustee Overholser second. Motion carried. Motion was made by Trustee Heald to declare Fire Engine #11 surplus and advertise for sale of said Fire Engine. Trustee Edwards second. Motion carried. Motion was made by Trustee Heald to approve affidavits for swimming pool exemptions from Loudermilk, Stephens & Jackson. Trustee Edwards second. Motion carried. Motion was made by Trustee Edwards to approve a variance for the property at 440 Maple Lane for a street cut. Trustee Heald second. Motion carried. Motion to approve the bills and claims was made by Trustee Overholser. Trustee Heald second. Motion carried.
