13 <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board of Trustees at <br /> this time, the next regular meeting of the Mooresville Board of Trustees will <br /> be held Tuesday, June 21, 1988. <br /> <br /> Motion to adjourn was made by Trustee Heald. Trustee Fiscus second. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> <br /> ? <br /> <br /> ~ ~Presfden~ <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Clerk-Treasur ~ <br /> <br /> June 21, 1988 <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Board of Trustees was held <br />Tuesday, June 21, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall. <br /> Trustees present were Dick Heald, Pat Overholser, Mike Fuscus, Steve Edwards <br />and Jack Forbes. <br /> The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> Mr. Steve Andrews of Hadley, Cook and Quillen Insurance Company presented <br />the town's liability insurance re-newal plan to the board. Mr. Andrew <br />advised the board the re-newal rate for the liability coverage reflects a <br />6% decrease in premiums for coverage for the coming year. <br /> Motion was made by Trustee Overholser to accept the renewal rate for the- <br /> liability insurance from Hadley, Cook and Quillen. Trustee Edwards second. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Bob Courtney and Mr. Bill Kijovsky of Indianapolis Power and Light <br /> appeared before the board to ask direction on were the board wants the <br /> electric poles set on North Indiana Street, between Washington Street and <br /> Carlisle Street. After much discussion on this matterthe board asked the <br /> Indianapolis Power and Light representatives to draw up a cost estimate on <br /> burying the electric cables in question. <br /> <br /> Board attorney Tim Currens advised the board that he and street <br /> commissioner Joe Beikman would be meeting with the property owners on <br /> North Indiana Street to discuss the easements in that area. Following <br /> discussion on this matter the board advised Mr. Beikman that they need a <br /> cost estimate on the project of widening the North Indiana Street ditch. <br /> The board decided the property owners should bear the expense of the <br /> installation of the ditch and any repair needed to individual driveways. <br /> The town will install sidewalks and seed the ditch area. <br /> Motion was made by Trustee Heald and second by Trustee Fiscus to approve <br /> Ordinance ~;10-1988 for an additional appropriation in the amount of $7,000.00 <br /> for the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund. Motion carried. <br /> Motion was made by Trustee Heald and second by Trustee Overholser to <br /> approve Ordinance ~;11-1988 for an additional appropriation in the amount <br /> of $1,346.00 for the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund. Motion carried. <br /> A representative of the Lions Club appeared before the board to ask the <br /> boards consent to close East South St.reet between Park Dr. and State Road 144 <br /> during Old Settler' s Picnic. <br /> <br /> <br />
