Motion carried. <br /> <br /> s'iae t <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk-Treasurer <br /> <br /> July 5, 1988 <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Town Board of Trustees met in regular session on Tuesday, <br />July 5, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Trustees present were Richard Heald, Pat Overholser, Mike Fiscus, Steve <br />Edwards and Jack Forbes. <br /> Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> Trustee Edwards advised the board he had discussed the possibility of <br />forming a fire district for the Mooresville-Brown Township area with Brown <br />Township Trustee Marian Hofer and the Brown Township Fire Chief. Brown <br />Township Fire Chief Dave Davis discussed with the board the advantages <br />of a fire district. Trustee Heald second. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Trustee approve <br /> Edwards <br /> to <br /> the <br /> lease <br /> agreement <br /> with <br /> the Reporter-Times for the office at 25 E. Main St. for the Economic Development <br /> Co~nission. Trustee Overholser second. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Trustee Heald to appoint Board President Jack Forbes <br /> and Clerk-Treasurer Ann Whaley signatories on documents needed to give a <br /> clear title on the property at the curve on Main Street which was recently <br /> zoned conmercial. Trustee Edwards second. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Board attorney Tim Currens advised the board that he and street superintendent <br /> Joe Beikmanwill meet with residence of North Indiana Street to discuss widening <br /> of the ditch in that area on July 13, 1988 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Trustee Edwards to have a letter sent to the Morgan <br /> <br /> <br />
