It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit, or <br />permit to be deposited in an unsanitary manner upon public or <br />private property within the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, or <br />in any area under the jurisdiction of said Town, any human or <br />animal excrement, garbage, or other objectionable waste. <br /> <br />202. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful to <br />within said Town, or in <br />said Town, any sanitary <br />polluted waters, except <br />provided in accordance <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />discharge to any natural outlet <br />any area under the jurisdiction of <br />sewage, industrial waste, or other <br />where suitable treatment has been <br />with subsequent provisions of this <br /> <br />203. No person shall place, deposit, or permit to be deposited in <br />any unsanitary manner on public or private property within <br />the jurisdiction of the Town any wastewater or other polluted <br />waters except where suitable treatment has been provided in <br />accordance with provisions of this Ordinance and the NPDES <br />Permit. <br /> <br />204. Except as hereinafter provided in Paragraphs 246 to 248, <br />inclusive, no person shall construct or maintain any prlVY, <br />privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility <br />intended or used for the disposal of sewage. <br /> <br />205. The owner of all houses, buildings, or properties used for <br />human occupancy, employment, recreation, or other purpose, <br />situated within the Town and abutting on any street, alley, <br />or right-of-way in which there is now located or may in the <br />future be located a public sanitary or combined sewer of the <br />Town, is hereby required at his expense to install suitable <br />toilet facilities therein, and to connect such facilities <br />directly with the proper public sewer in accordance with the <br />provisions of this article, provided that said public sewer <br />is within 300 feet of the property line. Said connection <br />shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date the <br />public sewer is made available. <br /> <br />206. No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections <br />with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer <br />or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written <br />permit from the Town Clerk-Treasurer. <br /> <br />207. No person shall make any connection with the public sewers or <br />drains, or with any extension or connection previously made, <br />without first obtaining a written permit from the Town Clerk- <br />Treasurer. The application for such permit must be made in <br />writing not later than the day previous to the opening of the <br />street by the owner or authorized agent of the property to be <br />connected, and must be accompanied by a clear description of <br />the premises, the name of the owner, the number of fixtures <br />to be connected therewith, and the name of the person <br />employed to do the work. <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br />l <br />
