<br />Section No, 4. <br /> <br />(Towing Cars Away.) <br /> <br />The Street Commissioner of <br /> <br />the Mooresville Street Department or the Town Marshal or deputy <br /> <br />marshals pursuant to direction by the Street Commissioner may cause <br /> <br />cars to be towed away which are parked on the streets to be cleaned <br /> <br />after proper notification is given as provided in Section 2 of this <br /> <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Any car towed away may be reclaimed after paying the <br /> <br />towing fee and storage fee. <br /> <br />Section No, 5. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be come effective upon <br /> <br />passage. <br /> <br />Section No.6. <br /> <br />The Street Commissioner of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville shall have the authority to have signs posted and also <br /> <br />to have the permanent notices posted on Indiana Street and Main <br /> <br />Stroet providing no parking on Monday from 4 A.M. through 6 A.M. from <br /> <br />Monroe Street to Indianapolis Road on Main Street and from State <br /> <br />Road 67 to Carlisle Street on Indiana Street. <br /> <br />This Ordinance passed this 15th day of December, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />OF TRUSTEES <br />TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />AT~T: <br /> <br />,iMV¡)r <br />J a,net L.
