<br />J <br /> <br />2, For purposes of this ordinance a two ill family dwelling <br />is designed for or occupied by two (2) families, and for each such <br />dwelling connecting to the Town's sanitary sewage works system there <br />shall be a tap-on fee of Five Hundred Eighty Dollars ($580.00). <br />3, In multiple family housing (other than a single family or <br />two (2) family dwelling) each user connecting to the Town's sanitary <br />sewer works shall pay a tap-on fee of Two Hundred Ninety Dollars <br />($290.00) for the first unit and an additional tap-on fee of Two Hundred <br />Twenty Dollars ($220,00) for each additional housing unit contained <br />therein, <br />4, For purposes of this Ordinance a light business use is <br />defined as one which is primarily of a retail or service nature, and <br />for each such business connecting to the Town's sanitary sewage works <br />system, there shall be a tap-on fee of Three Hundred and Sixty Dollars <br />($360.00), <br />5. For the purposes of this Ordinance, a general business use <br />is defined as commercial uses, including wholesale and storage uses, <br />conducted within enclosed, substantially constructed buildings. Each <br />business connecting to the Town's sanitary sewage works system, there <br />shall be a tap-on fee of Seven Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($725,00), <br />6. For the purposes of this Ordinance, an industrial use <br />is one which requires both buildings and open area for manufacturing, <br />fabricating, processing, heavy repairing, dismanteling, storage or <br />disposal of raw materials, manufactured products of waste which are <br />not injurious to health or safety of humans or animals, or injurious <br />to vegetation, and which is not noxious or offensive by reason of the <br />emmission of smoke, dust, gas fumes, odors, or vibrations beyond the <br />limits of the premises upon which such industry is connected. Each <br />such industrial customer connecting to the Town's sanitary sewage <br />works system shall pay a tap-on fee of One Thousand Four Hundred rifty <br />Dollars ($1,450.00), <br /> <br /> <br />7. Each laundromat and car wash connecting to the Town's <br /> <br /> <br />sanitary sewage works system shall be separately classified and for <br /> <br /> <br />each such customer there shall be a tap-on fee of One Thousand Four <br /> <br /> <br />Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,450.00) for each such laundromat or car wash <br /> <br /> <br />unit, <br /> <br />All such tap-on fees hereinabove described shall be paid to the <br />Clerk-Treasure of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and shall <br />-6- <br />
