<br />, <br /> <br />be paid in full prior to the time that application for such tap-on <br /> <br />i.s requested, <br /> <br />SECTION IV: <br /> <br />The term "sanitary se>vage" and "industrial <br /> <br />wa~te" shall be defined as follows: <br /> <br />(8) "Sanitary sewage" is defined and shall me3.n a <br /> <br />combination of water-carried waste from residences, business buildings, <br /> <br />institutions, industrial establishments, together with such ground, <br /> <br />surface and storm waters as may be present; <br /> <br />(b) "Industrial ,.,aste" shall be defined as liquid waste <br /> <br />from the industrial manufacturing processes, trade or businesses as <br /> <br />distinct from sanitary sewage, <br /> <br />SECTION V: <br /> <br />The rates and charges fixed herein shall apply <br /> <br />to lots, parcels of real estate and/or buildings ]oc'lted within the <br /> <br />limits of the Town of Hoores'lille, Indian'l, and to those lots, parcels <br /> <br />of real estate or buildings served by the sanitary treatment works <br />outside the corporate limits of the Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />For service rendered by the Town's sewage treatment works <br /> <br />system to lots, parcels of real estate or buildings located outside <br /> <br />the corporate limits of the Town of Hooresville, the rates and charges, <br /> <br />including the minumum charge, shall be one hundred twenty-five percent <br /> <br />(12570) of those rates and charges established herein, and all other <br /> <br />provisions herein set forth shall be applicable to such users outside <br /> <br />the corporate limits of the Town of Mooresville. <br /> <br />SECTION VI: <br /> <br />"Dwelling units" or "Family units" as herein- <br /> <br />before used shall be determined as a room or rooms or obher living <br /> <br />space or spaces in which cooking facilities are provided and is occupied <br /> <br />by not more than one (I) family, <br />SECTION VII: The rates and charges shall be prepared and <br /> <br />billed by the To,m of Mooresville and shall be collected in a manner <br /> <br />provided by statute and/or ordinance, The owners of the property <br /> <br />served shal] be hilled in accordance therewith, <br /> <br />All rates and charges <br /> <br />shall be billed for each month and shall be due <br /> <br />and payable on or <br /> <br />payable, a c:~{~~~\~~'¡ <br /> <br />before the tenth of the month in which they are <br /> <br />charge shall be added amounting to ten percent (IO%) of the gross bill, <br /> <br />SECTION VIII: <br /> <br />The Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville <br /> <br />shall make and enforce such By-Laws and regulations as may be necessary <br /> <br />-7- <br />
