IV. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS BY DISTRICT <br /> <br />A. FP, AG, R1, R2, P,3 andB1 Districts <br /> <br />1. Signs shall be permitted in these districts subject to the conditions of subsection III. <br /> A. and B. of this section. In addition, the following conditions shall apply: <br /> <br />One non-lighted sign for each street ffomage shall be permitted. Maximum area <br />per sign shall be 6 square feet. Signs shall pertain only to products for sale, <br />events occurring or services rendered upon the premises. <br /> <br />One non-righted name plate for each street fromage shall be permitted. <br />Maximum area per name plate shall be 2 square feet. Name plates shall display <br />only the name of the property owner or lessee, the name of the property and the <br />address of the property. Free standing name plates shall be set back a <br />minimum of 5 feet from the fight-of-way line of any adjacent street. <br /> <br />'`For Rent" and For Sale" signs shall be permitted. Not more than two such <br />signs not exceeding 6 square feet per sign shall be permitted on any lot or <br />parcel. <br /> <br />d. An Improvement Location Permit for the above mentioned signs shall not be <br /> required. <br /> <br />2. Advertising structures are not permitted. <br /> <br />B. B2. Districts <br /> <br />1. Signs shall be permitted in this district subject to the conditions of subsection <br /> IH. A. and B. of this section. In addition, the following conditions shall apply: <br /> <br />a. A maximum of two signs shall be permitted. The signs may be lighted. <br /> Maximum area per sign shall be 50 square feet. <br /> <br />Small vertical directional signs not to exceed 6 square feet in area may be <br />attached to a building structure to aid customers and suppliers in locating <br />garbage entrances, delivepy points, etc. No Improvement Location Permit shall <br />be required for such signs. <br /> <br />"For Rent" and ''For Sale" signs shall be permitted. Not more than two such <br />signs not exceeding 12 square feet per sign shall be permitted on any lot, <br />building or occupancy. No Improvement Location Permit shall be required for <br />such temporary signs. <br /> <br />Up to 30 days of temporary signage for the purpose &advertising a special <br />event, such as a "Grand Opening," or for the purpose of advertising until a <br />permanent sign is erected shall be permitted annually per business operator. No <br />Improvement Location Permit shall be required for such temporary signs. <br /> <br />52. <br /> <br /> <br />
