<br />safety codes of the State of Indiana shall be submitted with <br />the application for an Improvement Location Permit. <br /> <br />H. violation <br /> <br />------------- <br /> <br />violation of this section shall result in any of the <br />penalties set out under Chapter 11 "Remedies and Penalties of <br />this ordinance". All other legal remedies ¡¡>rovided by law <br />shall also be available to the plan Commiss~on and the Town <br />of Mooresville. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.5 - MANUFACTURED HOMES <br /> <br />-------------------------------- <br /> <br />A. DEFINITIONS. <br /> <br />----------- <br /> <br />For the purpose of this ordinance, the following <br />definitions shall apply: <br /> <br />(1 ) <br /> <br />"Manufactured Home" means a dwelling unit, designed <br />and built in a factory, which bears a seal <br />certifying that it was built in compliance with the <br />Federal Manufactured Housing Construction Safety <br />Standards Law of 1974 (42 USC 5401 et seq.). <br /> <br />"underlying Floor Space" means that space between <br />the bottom of the floor joist and the earth. <br /> <br />"Occupied Space" means the total area of earth <br />horizontally covered by the structure, excluding <br />accessory structure such as, but not limited to, <br />garages, patios and porches. <br /> <br />"Mobile Home" means a transportable structure <br />lar~er than three hundred twenty (320) square feet, <br />des~gned to be used as a year-round residential <br />dwelling. <br /> <br />B. INDIANA CODE PROVISIONS <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />(3 ) <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />----------------------- <br /> <br />In accordance with the provisions of Indiana <br />code 36-7-4-1106, the establishment, location, and use of <br />"Manufactured Homes" as permanent residences shall be <br />permitted in any zone permitting installation of a dwelling <br />unit, subject to requirements and limitations applying <br />generally to such residential use in the district and <br />provided such homes shall meet the following requirements and <br />limitations: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />The homes shall meet all requirements applicable to <br />single family dwellings and possess all necessar¡ <br />improvement location buildin~ and occupancy perm~ts <br />and other requirements of th~s ordinance that apply <br />to single family dwelling structures. <br />46 <br />
