<br />( 2) <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />(5 ) <br />(6 ) <br /> <br />(7) <br /> <br />The homes shall contain more than nine hundred <br />fifty (1100) square feet of occupied space and be <br />manufactured after January 1, 1981. The <br />manufactured home will be attached to the ground <br />with a tie down system as shown in the <br />"Manufactured Home Foundation plan" or in the <br />alternative, one meeting the minimum standards <br />shown in the attached Exhibit "A" which is an <br />exhibit applicable to this section. <br /> <br />The manufactured home will be placed on a permanent <br />foundation, including concrete footings at least <br />thirty-two inches (32') in depth below grade. <br />piers must be of permanent concrete construction. <br /> <br />The manufactured home will be permanently skirted <br />with masonry material or commercial skirting <br />designed for that purpose. <br /> <br />Wheels, axles and tongues shall be removed. <br /> <br />Sanitary facilities approved by the appropriate <br />agency or local government or County shall be in- <br />stalled prior to the granting of an occupancy <br />permit. <br /> <br />The home shall have a roof composed of a material <br />customarily used on site-built residential <br />dwellings, such as asbestos, fiberglass, shake, <br />asphalt, or tile, which shall be installed upon a <br />surface appropriately pitched for the materials <br />used. <br /> <br />The manufactured home shall have siding materials <br />meeting one of the following standards: <br /> <br />(a) Residential horizontal aluminum la~ siding; <br />(b) Residential horizontal vinyl lap s~ding; <br />(c) Cedar or other wood siding; <br />(d) Stucco siding¡ <br />(e) Brick or stone sidin9; <br />(f) Any other approved s~ding materials which <br />are aesthetically compatible to the area and <br />proper building standards so as not to be <br />detrimental to adjoining property values. <br /> <br />C. MOBILE HOMES (permanent occupancy--park Site) <br /> <br />(8 ) <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------ <br /> <br />Mobile homes or manufactured homes may be permanently <br />occupied when located in a mobile home park developed in <br />accordance with Chapter 6 of this ordinance with the <br />exception that all specific development standards set out <br />47 <br />
