The following is my report: <br /> <br /> 1. I have enclosed a copy of a letter I received in <br /> regards to 218 East South Street. Please advise as to <br /> whether or not you wish to proceed with condemnation. <br /> <br /> 2. It is my understanding that the variance for the <br /> mini-barn on Crosby Road has been denied. They were to <br /> set an amount of time for moving the structure, so this <br /> probably should be continued to the October meeting. <br /> <br /> 3. I have received a memo from Fire Inspector James <br /> Bruner regarding 39 & 39 1/2 West Main Street. He has <br /> found the building to be unsecured with some fire and <br /> electrical hazards. Please advise if you wish to <br /> proceed once again under the unsafe building ordinance. <br /> <br /> 4. I have visited 126 Merriman Road on numerous <br /> occasions and have not witnessed any violations. I <br /> have, however, been told by several neighbors that he <br /> is hauling cars in, removing parts, and hauling them <br /> back out. Please advise what course of action, if any <br /> you wish to take. <br /> <br /> 5. Since the last meeting, we have issued 32 permits <br /> and performed 125 inspections. <br /> <br /> Respectfully, <br /> <br /> vooseph E.
