<br /> The Mooresville Town Council met on Tuesday, September 17, 2001, in special session
<br /> at 5:15 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall.
<br /> Council members present: President Tom Warthen, Andy Pygman, J. L. Clark, Toby
<br /> Dolen, and Mark Mathis. No members were absent. Town attorney Tim Currens was
<br />· - - present.
<br /> This was a special meeting called to discuss the budget for 2002. President Warthen
<br /> stated that after meeting with each council member and each department head the
<br /> tentatiye budget numbers were as follows:

<br /> The next meeting of the Town Council will be on Tuesday, September 18, 2001, at 6:30

<br /> There being no further business to come before the council at this time, motion was made --~
<br /> Councilman Dolen to adjourn the meeting.fl~on

<br /> at 6:30 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall.
<br /> Council members present were: President Tom Warthen, Andy Pygman, John L. Clark,
<br /> Toby Dolen, and Mark Mathis. No council members were absent. Town attorney Tim
<br /> Currens was present.

<br /> Motion was made by Councilman Clark second by Councilman Dolen to approve
<br /> minutes of the Special meeting and regular meeting of September 4, 2001. Motion
<br /> carried 4-0. Mark Mathis abstained.
