M. at the First Methodist Church. ' <br /> <br /> Town Council members present were: President Tom Warthen, Toby Dolen, J. L. Clark, <br /> Andy Pygrnan, and Mark Mathis. No council members were absent. Town attorney Tim <br /> Currens was present. <br /> <br /> Mark Chambers of the North Madison Baptist Church gave the invocation. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Pygman to approve the <br /> minutes of the December 4, 2001 meeting. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> 'First on the agenda, was Judy Anderson, tabled from last meeting. Mrs. Anderson was <br /> not present. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Maths, second by Councilman Dolen to approve and <br /> sign Certificate of Completion forms from HNTB for settling tank project. Motion <br /> carded 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Clark to approve <br /> contract With Swinney Brothers for sewer work at Carter-Lee site to send in to the State <br /> of Indi-an~ for Grant purposes. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen to approve <br /> Resolution #8, 2001, for a Transfer of Funds. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Clark to approve an <br />inter-local agreement between the county and Town of Mooresville, giving exclusive <br />jurisdiction to Mooresville in issuing building permits and performing inspections in <br />Town of Mooresville's buffer zone. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Dolen to approve the <br />Town Attorney contract for 2002. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported sixteen (16) calls, six (6) impounds, and <br />three (3) returns. The report total for 2001: Four hundred ninety two (492) calls, one <br />hundred sixty one (161) impounds, and seventy-six (76) returned. <br /> <br /> <br />
