199 <br /> <br /> October 19, 1993 <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Council was held Tuesday, <br /> October 19, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Council members present were Tim Viles, Steve Edwards, Pat Overholser, <br /> and Steve Ballard. Council member Dick Heald was absent. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards, second byCouncilman Viles to <br />approve the master equipment lease of the fire engine for the Indiana Bond <br />Bank. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Economic Development Director Randy Haymaker advised the Council that the <br />Economic Development Plan for the Economic Development District will be presented <br />to the Redevelopment Commission on Tuesday, October 26, 1993. The public <br />hearing for the Economic Development District will be held November 23, 1993. <br /> <br /> Mr. Carl Waite of HNTB advised the Council that the TIF project has been <br />completed. The construction of the chlorine contact tank expansion and <br />dechlorination facilities has been completed; however, $4,891.62 is being <br />retained until all the punch list items have been completed. <br /> <br /> Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported he had seventeen (17) calls, <br />nine (9) animals impounded and four (4) returned to owners. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards, second by Councilwoman Overholser <br />to pay the bills and claims. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Town Council <br />at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Viles, second by <br />Councilwoman Overholser. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gordan Gamble, 565 Arlington Drive, appeared before the <br /> Council requesting payment of a claim for carpet cleaning <br /> necessitated by a sewer back up which happened in June 1993. <br /> <br /> <br />
