Council member Dick Heald was absent. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser, second by Councilman Edwards <br /> to adopt on second reading Ordinance #13-1993 An Ordinance Setting a Fee for <br /> Facsimile Transmissions by the Civil Town of Mooresville. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards, second by Councilman Viles to approve <br /> Ordinance #14-1993 An Ordinance Rezoning land Within the Town of Mooresville Upon <br /> the Application of Swinney Brothers Excavating, Inc. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Viles, second by Councilwoman Overholser to <br /> approve an escrow agreement between the Town of Mooresville and Enviror~nental <br /> Development, Inc. for Section VI of Rooker Trace Subdivision in the amount of <br /> $35,006.00. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Park Superintendent Brent Callahan advised the Council that the Halloween <br /> Hike will be held Saturday, October 30, 1993 from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Pioneer <br /> Park. <br /> <br /> Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported he had twenty-six (26) calls, <br /> twelve (12) animals impounded, five (5) animals returned to their owners. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards, second by Councilman Viles to approve <br /> the bills and claims.
