Adopted <br /> by the Town of Mooresville Redevelopment Commission. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilwoman <br /> Overholser to approve Ordinance #15-1993 An Ordinance to Rezone <br /> Property owned by Virginia S. Butler, located on south State Road 67, <br /> from Agriculture to B-3. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilman Edwards <br /> to approve the rezoning of the property on State Road 67 South <br /> which lies north of Poe's Cafeteria and south of Motorola owned <br /> by the McLaughlin's from Agriculture to I-1. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Viles, second by Councilman <br /> Edwards to approve Ordinance #16-1993 An Ordinance to Provide for <br /> the Regulation of Basic Service Tier Rates and Related Equipment, <br /> Installation and Service Charges of Any Cable Television System <br /> Operating in the Town of Mooresville, Indiana; and Ordinance #17-1993 <br /> An Ordinance Authorizing the Civil Town of Mooresville To Adopt <br /> the Cable Television Rate Regulations as Established by the <br /> Federal Communications Commission. Motion carried unanimously. ~ <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Viles, second by Councilwoman <br /> Overholser to approve the Contract for HNTB to engineer the sewer <br /> construction for Sycamore Lane contingent on Tim Currens reviewing <br /> the language of the contract in regard to easements. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Fire Chief Darrell Brown advised the Council that the town <br /> does not have an adequate number of fire hydrants on South Park Drive <br /> due to the fact that there are no existing water lines in that area. <br /> The Council advised Chief Brown to negotiate with Hoosier Water <br /> and the property owners on South Park Drive to rectify this <br /> situation. <br /> <br /> Economic Development Director Randy Haymaker advised the Council <br /> that the town would like to employ H. J. Umbaugh as financial <br /> consultants for the Town's portion of the Economic Dvelopment Income <br /> Tax. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilwoman <br /> Overholser to contract H. J. Umbaugh for the financial consultation <br /> needed for the EDIT tax. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Economic Development Director Randy Haymaker presented the <br /> Council with facts involving the TIF distribution to this point. ~ I <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards, second by Councilwoman <br /> Overholser to pay the bills and claims. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Mooresville <br /> Town Council at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Councilman <br /> Heald, a second by Councilman Viles.
