Councilman Dick Heald was absent. <br /> <br /> Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported he had sixteen (16) <br /> calls, impounding four (4) animals. <br /> <br /> Motion to pay the bills and claims was .made by Councilman <br /> Edwards, second by Councilman Ballard. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Councilman Edwards reported on the communication, received <br /> from les Sims, Morgan County Planning Director, which responded <br /> to the Town's inquiry of the difference between area planning and <br /> advisory planning. Councilman Edwards stated he does not feel <br /> that Mr. Sims answered the Town's questions in regard to this matter. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Mooresville <br /> Town Council at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Councilman <br /> Edwards, second by Councilman Ballard.
